CAT Component Specialist

Not more than 45 years old. A qualified earthmoving mechanic with minimum 5 years experience in a mining environment. Must be fully conversant with the overhaul to Caterpillar standards of the following items: (1) variable flow hydraulic pumps, hydraulic pumps and motors, and (2) Vane pumps, tyrone gear pumps, hydraulic cylinders, control valves, etc. Must have a valid professional driver’s license.

Difficult work conditions are to be expected. Candidates must expect long hours of work. Single status, renewable contracts are offered. Salary in US$ and leave rotations will be discussed at interview. Those with wide experience from foreign employers preferred.
