Staffmasters places advertisements for required positions, pre-select applications, interview, conduct written examinations, trade tests (which may include actual machine operating tests), arrange for medical examinations with accredited medical institutions for selected workers, processes the Overseas Employment Certificates (OEC) and other documentation required for the selected workers’ deployment to their country of employment.

About Our Company
Staffmasters is a Philippine recruitment agency licensed to recruit land-based Filipino workers and is accredited with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Staffmasters came into existence in the year 1998 and since then has specialised in recruiting the best Filipino workers for the different mining companies mostly operating in the mines of the Republic of Angola in Western Africa.
Over the years, Staffmasters have deployed thousands of Filipinos mostly for the mines in the Republic of Angola for various trades/skills. Engineering, Mining, and Geology positions. Earthmoving Mechanics, Specialist Mechanics (engine, transmission, components), Auto and Industrial Electricians, Boilermaker/Welder, Machinists, Earthmoving Equipment Operators, Stores Supervisors, Storemen and others. Office Administration support staff like Accountants, Executive Secretaries, Personnel Assistants, Purchasing Officers and others. Logistics support staff like Catering Supervisors, International Chefs, Camp Supervisors, General Practitioners, Nurses and others.
